444 要确保灵道上的稳步进展，我们必须从心中除去哪一些‘杂草’？

Aug 16, 2012: Which is the weed that we must remove from the field of our heart to ensure a steady progress in the spiritual path? Our Loving God explains to us today.

The same current activates all. To realise this and to merge in that Unity is the purpose of this life in the human body. For this consummation, the seeds of attachment to sense objects has to be scrupulously got rid of. A field may look barren and dead, but the first shower of rain will convert it into a green carpet. The seeds of grass in the soil sprout at the touch of dampness. So too, at the first contact with temptation, the seeds of attachment to sense objects sprout and prevent spiritual growth. Spiritual practices must be done sincerely, with a full sense of responsibility. It must not be reduced to empty routine.

同样的电流驱动一切众生。了悟这一点，并与那个‘一’合一，乃是人生的目的。为了成就这一境界，必须完全除去对感官事物执着的种子。一片荒芜的田，只要下一次雨，就可以变成绿意盎然，野草的种子一碰到水分就萌芽了。同样的，一接触到诱惑，对感官事物执着的种子就萌芽而阻碍灵性成长。修行必须认真，要有充分责任感，不能沦为空洞的例行公事。

Consider all your acts as worship. Whatever happens, accept it gladly as His handiwork, a sign of His compassion.
