007 灵性生活是否意味着一个严肃且没有任何乐趣的人生？

Apr 15, 2011: Does spiritual life mean a life which is very serious without any fun? Swami explains to us today.

It is only when the mind is completely under control that we can grasp our real identity. Then all troubles and travails, doubts and dilemmas, come to an end. We can then overcome all sorrow, delusion and anxiety, and become established in the holy serenity of Shanti (peace). Spiritual life is not a matter of meaningless talk. It is an experience of pure Ananda (bliss).

只有当心念完全被调伏时，我们才能了解自己的本来面目，然后一切烦恼、劳苦、疑惑和左右为难都告结束，我们就能克服一切悲伤、妄念和忧虑，而安住于神圣的宁静中。属灵人生不是光在那里做些无甚意义的言谈，而是一种对极乐的体验。
