It is easy to distinguish between the voice of the inner spirit and the voice of the mind.
As the mind speaks one feels immediate agitation.......
and within each word of the spirit one finds peace and the strength of truth.

要区别内在心灵的声音与心念的声音很容易。
当心念说话时，一个人会立即感到困扰....
而在心灵的每个字里，一个人会找到心境的平和与真理的力量。

The mind has a tendency to control the degree of truth.......
the inner spirit shows to you the whole picture of the truth and frees you to choose the good and the right.
心念有一个控制真相程度的倾向.....
内在心灵向你展示真相的全貌，并让你自由地选择好的和对的。

The mind offers the solution to a problem and then questions its solution.......
the inner spirit fills you with faith and then makes you question if there really is a problem.
心念提供问题的解决方案，然后质疑其解决方案.....
内在心灵使你充满信心，然后让你质疑是否真的有问题。

The mind rests in planning its desire........
the inner spirit rests in following God’s word moment to moment
and in waiting for His Master plan to unfold.
心念依靠于计划它的欲望......
内在心灵依靠于时时刻刻追随神的话语
及等待祂的总计划的展露。

The mind wishes to follow the truth...... the inner spirit simply does.
心念希望追随真理....... 内在心灵单纯地追随真理就是了。

The mind hurries and creates its fears....... the inner spirit waits for the Divine signal and creates the miracle.
心念仓促行事而制造其恐惧..... 内在心灵等待神圣的信号而创造奇迹。

The minds seeks the answers to its fears........ the inner spirit speaks to God in prayer.
心念寻找其恐惧的答案..... 内在心灵在祈祷中与神说话。

The mind uses anger as its tool to accomplish its work........
the inner spirit takes the flame of love and lights God’s world with kindness.
心念以忿怒为工具去完成它的工作......
内在心灵采取爱的火焰并以仁慈点亮神的世界。

The mind is dependent on the inner spirit but it denies its dependence.........
the inner spirit is free of the mind
yet it gives the mind moment to moment the strength to be the inner spirit!
心念依靠内在心灵但却否定它的依靠......
内在心灵不受心念的拘束
然而它还是时时刻刻给予心念力量去成为内在心灵！
