神的恩典总是陪伴着你。如果你对祂的恩典不再期待，你会对你的自性失去信心。
首先，要以爱充满你自己... 然后开始执行你眼前的任务...
你施与的爱会让你充满着神正牵着你的手的觉知...

A prayer is a word of love that you send toward God.
Realize that in that word that you speak is the grace of God that shall return to you.
一个祈祷是你向神表示的爱的话语。
要知道，在你所说的那句话语中，含有将回归于你的神的恩典。

Do not be easily frustrated or desperate… What you see is what you fear most…
What God sees is what you need most…
不要轻易地感到沮丧... 你所看到的是你最恐惧的...
神所看到的是你最需要的...

A prayer is a moment in which one frees his self from his thoughts
and becomes bound in his devotion to God.
一个祈祷是一个人将自己从思想中释放出来，
并与他对神的虔诚结合，的时刻。

A prayer is not a moment where one escapes from reality…
A prayer is a moment of peace on which
one stands and waits patiently for God’s will to come before him…
一个祈祷并不是一个人逃避现实的时刻...
一个祈祷是一个平和的时刻，在这时刻里，
一个人耐心地企望神的意愿降临于他面前...

The conversation with God must be constant.
No matter what the change, your friendship with Him must remain the same.
必须不断地与神对话。不论有什么改变，你与祂的友谊要保持不变。

What are you afraid of? A storm that may come and take away from you whatever you have known?
And what if it does? With the strength God has given you… you can build again…..
Just be aware of His love for you and you shall do what the mind always thought to be “the impossible”.
你害怕什么？一场可能会袭来，夺走你所认识的一切的风暴？
而如果确实发生，怎么办？以神给你的力量... 你可以重建...
只要意识到祂对你的爱，你就可以做到心念一直认为是“不可能”的事情。

You are helpless and hopeless when you doubt and analyze God’s love for you.
当你怀疑而分析神对你的爱时，你会陷于无助和无望之中。

Do you know why it is important to thank God? When you thank God you begin to remember
the countless times He came to you… saved you… gave you and loved you…
without your asking and without your knowing…
你可知道为什么感激神是重要的？当你感激神时，你开始记起
祂不计其数地到你面前来... 拯救你... 恩赐你和爱你...
在你没有要求及不知道的情况下...

Remember that with the purity of love and the simplicity of selfless work
you shall cross the ups and downs of temptations and desire.
要记得，以爱的纯净与无私工作的单纯，
你必超越诱惑与欲望的起起伏伏。

You can spend your time in thinking what more you can have
or you can spend time in thanking God for whatever you are aware that He has given,
and for that which He has already given and you have yet to be grateful for…
你可以把时间花在思索，你还能得到什么
或者把时间花在感激神，感激祂所赐给你的一切，那些你知晓的，
以及那些祂已给了你的，而你尚未表示感激的...
